We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to manage a small team who support a male in his own home based in Wilstead. You will be an experienced learning disability worker, ideally with some people management experience.

If you are a manual car driver, have experience of supporting people with learning disabilities, want to lead by example and inspire a great team to deliver outstanding care and life experiences then please get in touch!

In return for your commitment, you will be paid £14 to £18 per hour plus holiday pay, receive excellent training and development plus have the support of our full office-based team.

The post is fulltime for 37.5 hrs a week, on an agency basis, which is worked within a fixed rolling rota.
