The team is made up of Consultants, Bookers and Administrators, giving every member of staff on each level the ability to deal effectively with employer queries, thus ensuring continuity of service. Your service is not affected by any internal factors such as; holiday or absence, and we will always be available to deal with shift requests or queries efficiently. 

    Our dedicated Out of hours and On-Call team ensures this continuity outside office hours and works during evenings, early mornings and weekends to ensure your staffing needs are effectively supported.

        Staff are often faced with conflict situations whilst at work, particularly in health and social care.

        Agency worker regulations

        The Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) came into effect on October 1st, 2011. 

        Compliance with the Agency Workers Regulations is the joint responsibility of the agency (e.g. Paterson Recruitment) and the Hirer (the establishment using the Agency Worker).

        The Paterson Group has invested heavily in software designed to give us the ability to inform employers when workers reach the 12-week qualifying period. In order to do this, it is important that we receive the required information as soon as possible, if we haven’t already.
