Our workers will always possess the relevant and up-to-date qualifications to fulfil the role. We offer annual mandatory training, as well as a range of other courses to ensure it’s easy for workers to keep up to date.
The Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) came into effect on October 1st, 2011.
Compliance with the Agency Workers Regulations is the joint responsibility of the agency (e.g. Paterson Recruitment) and the Hirer (the establishment using the Agency Worker).
The Paterson Group has invested heavily in software designed to give us the ability to inform employers when workers reach the 12-week qualifying period. In order to do this, it is important that we receive the required information as soon as possible, if we haven’t already.
