Paterson Health and Social Care was launched to provide talented and qualified workers into care homes, hospitals and supported living environments. Since our inception, we have grown a network of Healthcare Assistants, support workers and nurses who are all training to the highest and most recent standards.

We pride ourselves on our exceptionally high standards of compliance and all our workers are fully vetted during the registration process. We conduct a face to face interview for all prospective staff and full induction training in all mandatory subjects, including but not limited to, moving and handling, basic life support and medication administration, is provided.

Our experienced team utilises a 120 degree recruitment structure, made up of Consultant’s, bookers and administrators, enabling us to best serve our clients’ requirements and work efficiently to source the most appropriately experienced candidates for the role.
