Paterson Health & Social Care Training and Development
We are committed to assisting in your professional development. We offer courses that enable you to keep up with mandatory requirements and also offer a variety of courses to ensure you continue to learn and develop skills that will assist you in your medical, health, social and childcare careers.
Our Training and Development centres are based in Bicester and Aylesbury and offer an excellent learning environment that gives you the opportunity to learn and meet with other PHC personnel from across three counties.
PHC trainers really understand the environments you work in and are on hand to advise and assist at any time.
All PHC workers are required to up date their skills annually in the mandatory subjects outlined below to maintain their registration with PHC. This can be achieved by either booking onto a PHC update course or providing PHC with evidence that you have updated elsewhere.
