The Paterson Group to Host Charity CPR Training in Advance of MK Dragon Boat Festival, in Aid of MacIntyre
The Paterson Group has entered a team into this year’s annual Dragon Boat Festival in Milton Keynes in order to support long-time client and valued charity, MacIntyre. The charity works tirelessly up and down the country to empower people with learning disabilities to lead a life that makes sense to them.
The Dragon Boat Festival, taking place on Sunday 23rd June, is open to the public and involves a range of attractions including; a fun fair, food and beverage stalls, a park, space for outdoor games and picnics, as well as many other yet-to-be-announced activities. The “Paterson Paddlers” will be taking part in the main Dragon Boat races throughout the day, as well as bringing along the rest of the team and their families to enjoy the festivities and support the paddling team.
In advance of the event in June, The Paterson Group is holding two CPR Training sessions in Bicester on 14th May to raise further funds for MacIntyre. The sessions, run by Paterson Training’s experienced and qualified trainers, will offer members of the public the essential skills required to effectively perform adult, child and infant Basic Life Support.
The two sessions are available to anyone over the age of 16 on a first come-first served basis. The two sessions will give up to 30 delegates the opportunity to learn practical life-saving techniques at a drastically discounted rate. The Paterson Group simply requests a minimum donation of £10, the full value of which will be donated to MacIntyre, for the 2.5-hour session.
The Paterson Group looks forward to welcoming delegates to the Tesco Community Room and The Kings Arms Hotel on May 14th! To book your session or check availability, email Eliza Lewis on firstname.lastname@example.org (full session details below).
