All our Nurses and Care Support Workers are vetted to the highest degree. We conduct face to face interviews for all staff and carry out an enhanced DBS (police check) prior to employment. They are all trained to the highest standards including annual updates in all mandatory subjects such as: Moving and Handling, Basic Life Support and Medication Administration. In addition to this, we continuously invest in the professional development of our Carers and Nurses, delivering ongoing training and support to ensure we deliver the best possible care at all times. Paterson health & Social Care is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and were awarded a ‘Good’ rating in all categories at our last inspection.
We understand that your health and wellbeing, or that of your loved one is the top priority so we provide a 24-hour emergency telephone support to give you extra peace of mind. You’ll have access to our Care at Home team at any time, any day and they will be available to assist you with any queries you may have.
