Paterson Healthcare are proud to be recruiting for their client based in Oxfordshire for the permanent and full time position of Senior Support Worker

Working 37.5 hours per week, the successful candidates will be supporting the Operational Manager in the management of staff, volunteers and activities at their services which are in Oxfordshire.  Giving support to Team Leaders to ensure a high standard of service delivery.

You'll be helping plan programmes of activities with service users

Directly delivering activities

Have excellent communication skills

Contribute towards the service development and growth

Deputise for the Operational Manager and Team Leaders when required

Support and develop staff and volunteers to maximise their strengths

You'll be able to maintain accurate records of attendance

Adhere to risk assessments and carry out health and safety checks 

Ideal candidate will need to be able to:

communicate effectively

demonstrate an excellent understanding of confidentiality and data protection

be assertive and patient in complex situations
