Agency worker regulations.
The Agency Worker Regulations (AWR) became effective on October 1st 2011. Compliance with the Agency Workers Regulations is the joint responsibility of the agency (e.g. Paterson Health and Social Care) and the Hirer (the establishment using the Agency Worker).
The Paterson Group has invested heavily in new software which is designed to ensure that we are able to inform clients as Workers reach the 12 week qualifying week. In order that we have the information to enable us to do this, it is important that we receive the required information as soon as possible, if we haven’t already.
You can obtain a Request for Information Form from email@example.com (PHC Operations Manager), which should be completed for each grade and job role you employ and returned to your local branch at your earliest convenience.
