Tracey Campbell - General Manager
I have been with The Paterson Group since 1994. My background before starting Paterson Health and Social Care (known as Paterson Nursing and Homecare in those days) was nursing in Oxford and London and then NHS contract management as Regional Manager for Reed Nurse. I spent five years working with the Prison and Probation Ombudsman’s fatal incident investigation team, looking at the standards of care provided for people in custody. When I’m not working I enjoy keeping fit, spending time with friends and family, camping, travelling overseas and cooking.
Julia O’Connor - Client Relationship & Project Manager
I first joined the Paterson Health and Social Care team in 2001 and then had a break in 2008 where I left to gain experience in Medical/Doctor recruitment. I re-joined the team here in January 2017 as the Client Relationship and Project Manager and I now have over 17 years' experience in healthcare recruitment. When I am not working, I enjoy day out with the family, walking, eating out and exercising.
Andrea Edwards - Operations Manager
I started with Paterson Health and Social Care in 1998 as an admin assistant in our Bicester branch. I was really interested in the recruitment process and decided to work towards becoming a Recruitment Consultant. I did this, then became a Senior and moved on to become Branch Manager of our Health and Social Care Division based in Bicester . In 2010 I was promoted to Operations Manager covering all our divisions. I am living proof that we like to develop our team to ensure that each person reaches their full potential! Travel and eating out are my favourite pastimes.
Alice Smith - Business Development and Recruitment Manager
I joined the Paterson Health and Social Care team in October 2014. I have worked in Healthcare Recruitment since January 2009 and have experience of recruiting Doctors, Nurses and other Healthcare Professionals. When I’m not working I like spending time with my family, travelling and reading.
Matthew Mitchell-Farmer - Lead Nurse and Trainer
I qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1991. Since then I worked for the NHS in orthopaedics, coronary care, cardiology and cardiothoracics. In 1999 I joined Paterson Health and Social Care. I currently deliver a variety of training courses to both PHC workers and external clients. I am also involved in providing a service to our homecare clients, handling customer service issues and advising our team on clinical matters.
Educationally I have the ENB 124 in Coronary Care Nursing, a degree in Clinical and Specialist Care – Cardiac Nursing, and the ENB 998 Teaching and Assessing Course. I have attended many other courses enabling me to deliver up-to-date training sessions on a wide variety of subjects.

I’ve been with Paterson Health and Social Care since 2007. My role is Recruitment Administrator for our Health and Social Care division in Bicester. In my spare time I am involved with the deaf community. I’m currently in my second year studying British Sign Language.
Jayne Crawford - Compliance Administrator
I have been with Paterson since 2009 and my function is to ensure that all nurses, carers and support workers remain compliant. In my spare time I enjoy playing darts and socialising.

Alison joined Paterson Health & Social Care in May 2017 to work in Healthcare Recruitment. Prior to joining Paterson. Alison worked in Health & Social Care as a manager supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Tracey Clarke - Branch Manager
Since joining the company in 2011 I have gained experience in compliancy, resourcing and recruitment , working in our Health and Social Care Division, Milton Keynes branch. I was previously a Senior Recruitment Consultant in our NHS Division.
I am extremely enthusiastic and I love my job! I like travelling, spending time with family, reading and listening to a variety of genres of music.

Liz joined Paterson Health and Social Care in March 1997 and has just celebrated 20 years with the team! Liz worked in Healthcare since leaving school and qualified as a Registered Nurse. Liz has an amazing amount of experience and is a great member of the team.

Imogen joined Paterson Healthcare in August 2015 after previously working in customer service for over 5 years. Imogen works very well with our candidates and clients and was promoted to Senior Booking Consultant in the summer of 2017.
