Paterson Health & Social Care Training and Development

We are committed to your continued professional development. We achieve this by offering you courses to assist you with the mandatory requirements and offering a variety of courses to ensure your continued professional development, thus ensuring you are able to build and develop skills to assist you to work within the medical, health, social and childcare sectors

Our Training and Development centre is based in Oxford and offers an excellent learning environment which gives you the opportunity to learn and meet with other PHC personnel from across three counties.

PHC trainers really understand the environments you work in and are on hand to advise and assist at any time.

All PHC workers are required to up date their skills annually in the mandatory subjects outlined below to maintain their registration with PHC. This can be achieved by either booking onto a PHC update course or providing PHC with evidence that you have updated elsewhere.
