Our client currently has a requirement for 2 full time RGNs 40hrs each a week. A mix of days or night, to work in a 16 bedded nursing home with a friendly atmosphere in the heart of a village in Oxfordshire. The successful candidates would be joining a small pleasant team of workers
The job purpose to achieve highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing care and effective supervision of staff members. To take management responsibility for a shift as directed.
Skills required :- 1st level nurse
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Team player
Experience / qualification of working in care
Salary dependant on experience and qualifications
